Sleep Regulation, Studies, Coping With This Weird State, Health, Family Girlfriend

Father i thank you for everything that you have gifted me with in this wonderful life. You have been a friend a companion, my guide and my strength. I cant ever imagine how life woukd be if you ever stopped caring for me the way you do.

Father i come to you today in prayer. I am struggling with sleep regulation. I struggle with which cycle that fits. Due to this i find that i sleep too much or too little at times and it is all confusing and it drains all of my strength. I want to be able to put 5- 6 hours of quality sleep instead of this fragmentation disaster. Please help me be able to do the right thing and put forward a workable timetable for my good for your glory

Father i pray for my studies, they are very hard but i thank you for i am beginning to get used to them. Please guide me as i study. Help me give my maximum effort and help me achieve excellent exam results that give you glory and honour throughout. Lord i lean on you and my success is in your hands. Please show the people once again that you can use anybody that you desire to use for your glory

Father, today i am in this weird state due to my sleep fragmentation last night. Help me get through it and be able to work normally and with success for you lord

Lord i pray for good health. Please help me attain good health, heal me of my problems, help me find workable solutions and help me see them work. I trust in you and i know that your plan for me is great and wonderful for me

Lord i pray for my family i.e my mother and sisters. Please protect them and guide them through everything. Give them good health and safety

Lord please help me find the right person to become my girlfriend and wife: good-looking, God-fearing, kind, caring, honest, and with a good attitude.

Lord i thank you for everything, i trust and lean on you. I pray all in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
