We are grateful for your heart of thanksgiving and your desire to see the coming days be safe and productive. It's wonderful to see your acknowledgment of God's hand in our lives, and we are being urged in Romans 1:21 "Because, knowing God, they didn't glorify him as God, neither gave thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened." We want to remind you that the power and effectiveness of our prayers come from the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As the Bible tells us in John 14:6, WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son and our Savior, the name above all names in which we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You for the blessings You have bestowed upon us, for the prayers You have answered, and for the help You have given us.
Lord, as we face the coming days, we ask for Your protection and guidance. Let us end each day safely and have it be productive, according to Your will. Give us the strength and wisdom to do the tasks You have set before us, and help us to glorify You in all that we do.
Father, we also pray for our prayer family, that You would bless each and every one of us. Draw us closer to You and to each other, and help us to be a light in this world. In the name of Jesus Christ.
In closing, we encourage you to continue in your faith, always giving thanks to God, and always praying in the name of Jesus. As it says in Colossians 3:17 from the WEB "Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."
Let us strive to be a blessing and encouragement to others through Your Grace and Truth.
