Proverbs, Chapter 10

10:1 The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son makes a glad father; But a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.

10:2 Treasures of wickedness profit nothing; But righteousness delivers from death.

10:3 Yahweh will not allow the soul of the righteous to famish; But he thrusts away the desire of the wicked.

10:4 He becomes poor who works with a slack hand; But the hand of the diligent makes rich.

10:5 He who gathers in summer is a wise son; [but] he who sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame.

10:6 Blessings are on the head of the righteous; But violence covers the mouth of the wicked.

10:7 The memory of the righteous is blessed; But the name of the wicked will rot.

10:8 The wise in heart will receive commandments; But a prating fool will fall.

10:9 He who walks uprightly walks surely; But he who perverts his ways will be known.

10:10 He who winks with the eye causes sorrow; But a prating fool will fall.

10:11 The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life; But violence covers the mouth of the wicked.

10:12 Hatred stirs up strifes; But love covers all transgressions.

10:13 In the lips of him who has discernment wisdom is found; But a rod is for the back of him who is void of understanding.

10:14 Wise men lay up knowledge; But the mouth of the foolish is a present destruction.

10:15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city: The destruction of the poor is their poverty.

10:16 The labor of the righteous, to life; The increase of the wicked, to sin.

10:17 He is in the way to life who heeds correction; But he who forsakes reproof errs.

10:18 He who hides hatred is of lying lips; And he who utters a slander is a fool.

10:19 In the multitude of words transgression does not cease; But he who refrains his lips does wisely.

10:20 The tongue of the righteous is [as] choice silver: The heart of the wicked is worth little.

10:21 The lips of the righteous feed many; But the foolish die for lack of understanding.

10:22 The blessing of Yahweh, it makes rich; And he adds no sorrow with it.

10:23 It is as sport to a fool to do wickedness; And [so is] wisdom to a man of understanding.

10:24 The fear of the wicked, it will come upon him; And the desire of the righteous will be granted.

10:25 When the whirlwind passes, the wicked is no more; But the righteous is an everlasting foundation.

10:26 As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, So is the sluggard to those who send him.

10:27 The fear of Yahweh prolongs days; But the years of the wicked will be shortened.

10:28 The hope of the righteous [will be] gladness; But the expectation of the wicked will perish.

10:29 The way of Yahweh is a stronghold to the upright; But it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity.

10:30 The righteous will never be removed; But the wicked will not stay in the land.

10:31 The mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom; But the perverse tongue will be cut off.

10:32 The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable; But the mouth of the wicked [speaks] perverseness.

Wise men lay up knowledge. Prov.10.14 This is my favorite verse because it tells me that we should be learning more about Jesus and about His word to get knowledge and then to teach others what we have learned. God is the author of knowledge and we should store them in our heads to help those who never heard about Jesus. Without knowlegde people perish. Dear God, open our hearts and minds to learn more about You and your word. In your name. Amen

Wonderful chapter. Love the word of God and specially the verse that says....The tongue of the righteious is choice silver. Prov. 10.20  May our word be blessed by God. Let us use it for the preaching of gospel and to be a blessing to others. Dear God use our mouth to praise and honor you. Amen

I am the good sheperd. I know my own. My own know me. John 10.14 Precius Lord Jesus. We belong to you and you belong to us and we love you with our whole heart and soul. Your promises are true. The good sheperd looking the one that is lost and leaving the others behind. He finds the lost one and brings them back to Himself. Save our relatives, our friends, our neighbors and everyone we come in contact with. This wonderful chapter in Proverbs remind us to be grow closer to you while serving others. By all means save some souls that are lost.

In order to serve God I need to serve other people just like Jesus did. He did not served Himself with a lot of money, a lot of food to eat, a lot of importance to Himself but He went out to the fields and country side and preached the gospel. Healing the sick, feeding five thousand people and casting out demons out of peoples lives.  What a wonderful example we have. Jesus doing what God wanted Him to do.  Can we do the samething for others?  Can we feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick and those in jail?  Yes we can.  With Gods help we can feed them the word of God when we teach sunday school   Prov. 10.14  Wise men lay up knowledge.  Dear God, give us wisdom, give us knowledge how to help our next door neighbors, our coworkers and those we love most. This we pray in Jesus name. Amen

O sing to the Lord a new song. For He has done wonderful things Psalm 98.1 The joy of the Lord shuld be your strenght when you are going through a rough times. In the presence of Jehovah, God almighty, trials vanish, hearts are thankful. It is in the presence of the King that we have the victory. Blessed Lord Jesus, we give you all the honor and the glory today and forever for being so kind and good to all of us. Bless us Lord Jesus. Protect each one of us from torments of hell. We are your children and we love you so much. Love this chapter. Gods word is a lamp to my feet.

If you are going through trials, test or any blockage on your faith then it is time to get closer to God. The devil is trying to get you busy on other things rather in Gods work.  Settle down, abide in Christ make His permanent home in your heart today so tomorrow when you get up will not have a head ache or worry about things that God has erased. Jesus, please save us from all worry, temptations come and temptations go.But those who trust your word will stand forever. Love this chapter in Proverbs. God is speaking to me right now. Please God, bless those who read your word daily  and obey what is in it.

I found out that Jesus did not talk or preached about the devil or his schemes to make people doubt and distrust God. He simply dealt with the devil by casting him out from peoples lives, healing the sick and showing them the way of salvation. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. If anger, stress, anxiety, fear and worry comes to your life then it is time to come to Jesus presence and with the power of the Holy spirit cast the devil out of your apartment, your home, your condo or anyplace else he is in. In Jesus name we cast all demons out from here and may the presence of God rest over this place. Proverbs 10.2b But righteousness delivers from death. The righteousness of God will deliver us from the devils schemes because he loves death and does not want anyone to get saved. Please God, deliver us from all kinds of temptations and evil in Jesus name. Amen

False ideas as false teachers may deceive us and we should ask Jesus to guide our readings and our minds towards the truth and towards holiness.  Protect us from all falsehood and give us insight into the word of God every single day of our lives.  The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable.  Prov. 10.32a  Use my lips lord Jesus for your praise and honor your holy name.  To bless and never to curse. In Your name. Amen

Whom have I in heaven but YOu?  And besides You I desire nothing on earth.  Psalm 73.25   This is my desire today and in the future.  To be near the heart of God who loves me so much and who sent His dear Son to die for me on the cross of Calvary.  Save the souls of all my neighbors please Jesus, specially those who are noisy and love parties.  Take them all to church and show them the way of salvation. Blessings are on the head of the righteous.  Prov. 10.6a  Yes, lord Jesus.  We want to bless your holy name every single day of our lives.  My praise shall be on my lips at all times.
