There's a saying,"Walk a mile in my shoes".I would like to see if we could trade places. You lead a charmed life, and everything goes your way. I, on the other hand, run into problems, obstacles, bad breaks. I would like to reverse lives. you could have my "headaches", and see how "joyful" you'd be,and I would take on your wonderful life,and, since my emotions go by circumstances, I would be "joyful" like you. But to sit on the other side of the fence, and then criticize someone because you're not in their shoes...
The other word for you is an ostrich. Because you pretend, or refuse to admit, that negative things happen this side of Heaven,which is a denial of the Bible saying we live in a fallen world. To remind me of this, I would get a poster of an ostrich, and write on the bottom of the page,"Brother James."
No Jesus never denied we live in a fallen world, and things could happen..that's YOUR INTERPRETATION of it. What you're doing is like a cult leader ,reshaping something to suit a definition to your liking. The Bible calls this having itching ears.In reality, there are many examples of people of faith in the Bible who felt they "had had enough'.P.S.
