The battle ground here on earth is for the control of your mind. The only weapon satan has is to attack
your thoughts. He wants to take control of you by controlling your thoughts. Here are some scriptures that God says you should do to protect your mind.

Binding:
Evil spirits still exist but they have no weapons. Jesus defeated them at the cross. All they can do is attack your mind and try to get you to do things that are against God's will.
God gave us the tools to fight them - they are found in the Bible.
Put on full armor of God, and bind all sickness and evil spirits out of your life.and your families life in the name of Jesus.Pray a hedge of protection around you and your family like the hedge God had around Job.
1Cor.2:16 For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ.

It's a shame that you think following the Instructions of Jesus is Masochism Steven because Jesus does say that He brings our fears to pass in many places. Following the Instructions of Jesus brings us peace and it allows us to rely on Jesus' Promises. It is only when we don't follow Christ's Instructions that Evil things are allowed to happen to us no matter whether we truly understand His Instructions or not.
Have you ever read Deuteronomy 28? Does Jesus have the power to bring our fears upon us Steven? So only when we don't follow Jesus' instructions, that is the only thing that causes anyone to be a masochist Steven Bobb.

You really don't listen and you really don't understand do you Steven? I'm not happy my friend! How many times have I shared with you that counting everything as joy does not mean the same as counting it all as happy my friend? Have you ever read 1 Corinthians 2? Are you really sure that you have the Spirit of Jesus in you resting on His understanding, on Jesus' understanding?
