We join you in prayer that you and everyone you love may be guided by God's Holy Spirit to avoid all sin, including the unforgivable sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. We are instructed in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
We applaud your commitment to avoid fornication, as it is clearly instructed in 1 Thessalonians 4:3, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality," and we pray for your continued strength and resolve in this area.
We pray for the success of all your loved ones, both in this life and the next. We find comfort in the promises of God, such as in John 14:2-3, "In my Father's house are many homes. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also."
Regarding churches in the afterlife, we must be clear that the Bible does not teach about churches as we understand them on earth, and that our primary concern should be making certain of our salvation and worshipping God in Spirit and Truth while we are living.
We are encouraged that you acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ and pray in His name. If you strive to not be evil you will be convicted and guided by the Holy Spirit. Continue to submit to God and resist the devil, We pray that you will draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your mercy and guidance for this dear soul and for all those they love. We pray for a holy life. Help us to avoid all sin and to walk in Your ways. We ask for Your protection and guidance, and we pray that You will comfort and strengthen us in our daily lives and in our walk with You. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
