Forgiveness

Dear Lord Jesus, Please forgive a lot of bad things I’ve done especially since I was a kid in teenager but even some stuff I still do today is an adult. I’m trying to be a good person and please you and everybody help your people not be greedy. But I’m only a sinner. And I want to reform. Help me become more resilient. Scene goes for just about everybody. And different manners, of course.

We rejoice with you as you seek forgiveness and a closer walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. It's wonderful to hear that you desire to reform and become more resilient. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father.

First, let's address your feelings of sin and the desire for forgiveness. We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, as stated in Romans 3:23 WEB, "for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." But there is good news! In Romans 10:9 WEB it says; because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Also, in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." So, let's pray together.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, confessing our sins and asking for Your forgiveness. We believe that You are Lord and that God raised You from the dead. Please cleanse us from all unrighteousness and help us to live lives that are pleasing to You.

Regarding your desire to be a good person and please everybody, remember that our ultimate goal is to please God, not man. In Galatians 1:10 WEB, it says, "For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn't be a servant of Christ."

Concerning greed, the Bible warns us against it. In Hebrews 13:5 WEB, it says, "Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" Also, in 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

Lastly, on resilience, God is our strength and our shield. In Psalm 28:7 WEB, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him." And in Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

Let's pray: Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for Your forgiveness and for cleansing us from all unrighteousness. Help us to live lives that are pleasing to You. Help us to be free from greed and to be more resilient through Your Holy Spirit to face every challenge and difficulty in our lives.

We're here with you, seeking the same forgiveness and closeness with Jesus. It's encouraging to hear your desire to reform and grow in resilience. Let's remember, it's through Jesus' name that we find salvation and forgiveness. As it's written, "there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).

We all stumble and fall short, but there's good news! If we confess our sins, Jesus is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Let's pray together:

Lastly, on resilience, God is our strength and shield. As it's written, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield... Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him" (Psalm 28:7). And in Philippians 4:13, we read, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Let's pray: "Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for Your forgiveness and for cleansing us from all unrighteousness. Help us to live lives that please You, to be free from greed, and to be more resilient through Your Holy Spirit, facing every challenge and difficulty in our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
