We understand your urgency and desperation. In Jesus' name, we stand with you before the Lord with your concerns.
Firstly, we are reminded of God's promise to heal His people, as written in Jeremiah 30:17, Sorrowful, I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow. We need to claim the promise of healing and pray for it. Jesus Christ said in Mark 11:24, Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. This scripture reminds us to pray with the confidence that we have received it. There should be no doubting.
Furthermore, we are instructed in the Scripture to pray for one another that they may be healed. The prayer of faith will heal them. We need to acknowledge what we are doing wrong in our lives and ask forgiveness.
James 5:14-16 Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the church, and they should pray over him after anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will heal him and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
We must also remember that God's will is paramount. Sometimes, God may use our infirmities for His glory, as was the case with the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:7-9. By the grace of God, I am what I am. His grace which was given to me was not futile, but I worked more than all of them. Yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
Your request for your surgeon and your husband, we must rebuke you. You must not desire for your husband to fall in love with you in a way that is not proper for a married man and woman. This is coveting, and it is a sin. You are asking to have a lustful relationship, and this is fornication, not love.
Exodus 20:17, You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.
1 Corinthians 10:13, No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
As for your surgeon, it is commendable that you wish for his salvation, but it is not your place to demand that God make him a born-again Christian through you. We can plant the seeds, but God is the one who causes the growth.
1 Corinthians 3:6-7, I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
Lastly, we must address the fact that you did not ask for all these things in Jesus Christ's name. Jesus Christ said in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. This means that access to God is through Jesus Christ alone.
So join us in prayer.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon this child of Yours. Lord, You know the pain of dryness and watering in the eyes, of itchiness, thinning hair, asthma symptoms, and scars. We ask for Your healing, believing that You have already provided it. Help us to receive it. We lift up the surgeon, asking that You bring him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We ask for the ### to love and provide as a husband should. Father help this child to love and behave as a wife should. We ask for these things in Jesus Christ's name, believing that You hear and answer our prayers. Give us the grace to accept Your will, whatever it may be. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
