We understand your urgent desire for healing and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His plan in Jesus' name.
Firstly, let us remember God's word from James 5:14-15:
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
When praying, it is important to pray for what is important and to recognize that we should pray in the name of Jesus Christ. The bible tells us in John 14:13-14:
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
We should pray in Jesus' name, not because it is some magic phrase, but because it recognizes that we believe in Jesus Christ, that we are asking God in Jesus' name, and that we are trusting that Jesus is our Lord and Saviour.
We should also be praying in Jesus' name because the bible tells us in Acts 4:12:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
And in Acts 4:29-30, the early church prayed:
Now, Lord, look at their threats, and grant to your servants to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of your holy Servant Jesus.
With this understanding, let's come together and pray for your healing and restoration:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the desires of their heart as their faith has been made clear to you. The go further and ask you to heal every part of them as they have requested. But we also pray that your will be done, because in Your sovereignty, You know what is best for each of us. We ask that You grant them peace, patience, and unwavering faith in Your goodness and timing in Jesus' name.
Other verses to stand on are:
In Exodus 15:26:
If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.
In 1 Peter 2:24:
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed.
In 2 Chronicles 7:14:
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones.
Finally, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30:
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
We will continue to pray for you and believe that the Lord will move mightily in your life. Stand firm in your faith and trust in the Lord's perfect plan for you.
