Thanks Hildinand, i am avoiding any kind of drugs, except i am forced to take it, and then i must know why i am taking it. Usualy, with gastritis is some kind of stress or inner conflict in my case, and i try to resolve that and pray first. Thanks for your understanding, advice and prayer, really. Very appreciated. Pray that if God wants that, that i will take something, be it natural or from pharmacy. Thanks

I’ve heard that taking antacids actually make the problem worse in the long run because they limit acid and surprisingly problems like yours are caused by too little acid not too much, so it’s probably good you’re not taking anything for it unless needed.

You know, i notice problems increase as soon as i stay alone at home, not working, not going to church. Now is this time, not one activity with others except with my parents. So, here is the problem....You may cure symptoms, but the best way is to remove the cause...

Thank you Sara.G, i will try to do that...I dont know what is called here in Croatia general practitioner. He is an ordinairy medical doctor or is he treating people with herbs?
