I am dealing often with heartburn, but not this bloating and difficulties breathing. Pray for my peace and relaxation.

Well, difficulty breathing, have you gained much weight lately? Sometimes when you do, you're not used to the extra pounds,so you get out of breath more easily.Or if you've been eating much more than usual,could describe the bloating .I sometimes do that from stress{overeat}, like if I'm busier than I prefer to be. Or sometimes if you get more spiritual, the devil tries to put doubt in your mind by doing something that will disturb you.The devil knows that you panic when this happens, so being our enemy,he sends you that. Like sometimes I get more into fellowshipping with those here, and more spiritual, and ,guess what? The next day the things that "rub me the wrong way" the most are all thrown at me...bad luck...annoying people...annoying situations...busyness popping up at an inconvenient time.I think the devil knows what our "triggers' are, so he comes at each of us differently.Anyway, I stand in agreement with your prayers.

I just ate a pancake and it stopped a bit. So i must not be hungry, otherwise obviously the acid is making this mess. Or is it psychological? Spiritual?
Please pray that i will find a natural cure or anything else that will help me permanently. Or prayer, anything!!

I just read believe or not, could be low acid, there is not enough acid to break down food thus bloating occurs. It said take two table spoons of Apple cider vinegar (with the mother) in a glass of water just before meals. It might be worth a try. I'm not a doctor, but I don't think this would hurt. Praying That Jesus leads you to a cure. Thank You Jesus amen

It said take two table spoons of Apple cider vinegar (with the mother) in a glass of water just before meals. It might be worth a try. I'm not a doctor, but I don't think this would hurt. Actually i feel often acid in my mouth, so i have to much acid. People with gastritis should not take vinegar on an empty stomach. But thank you anyways. I am afraid if i have to much acid, i will bloat even more. One woman here said that i have severe gastritis and that i should not take anything acidic on an empty stomach. My mother has the same problem, she said, sometimes she had also difficulties breathing. Please pray that i will find a cure, maybe its only something to calm me down, i dont know. Pray also that i will correct my ways, if i have made some wrong decision.

I just looked your symptoms up on you tube. It is gastritis you have all the symptoms.
It was recommended to take tea made from parsley. And drink rice water. You can get recipes on you tube. I looked under breathing and stomach problems. It sounds like a good idea. Hope this helps. Any way May God bless you with a good nights rest with sweet dreams of Jesus. Amen.

I suppose its my worry about my future, and me wanting to get closer to God, deffinetely. I do feel the tension most of the time lately.
