Silence 😢

I am so sorry if this sounds self-pitying but no one should have to suffer as much as I am. Both in mind and body.
My heart goes out to everyone who are suffering so much they feel like ending it

My mental health support team know I am feeling suicidal but there is a waiting list to see a psychiatrist.

I have told God I can't take any more and asked whether there were any supplements etc I could take to help but there is just silence and this really scares me.

I am in such a very dark place. PLEASE Jesus help me!!
