I am so sorry if this sounds self-pitying but no one should have to suffer as much as I am. Both in mind and body.
My heart goes out to everyone who are suffering so much they feel like ending it

My mental health support team know I am feeling suicidal but there is a waiting list to see a psychiatrist.

I have told God I can't take any more and asked whether there were any supplements etc I could take to help but there is just silence and this really scares me.

I am in such a very dark place. PLEASE Jesus help me!!

I send you love and light and pray for your well-being. I uplift you in God's glory. For healing of your mind, body, and spirit. I pray! Amen

dear ###. for many years I suffered mental and physical illness and the other day I received healing in my jaw and facial bones while in prayers. Many years suffering from flesh-eating bacteria (sepsis). No matter how gloomy it feels, you are not alone. The Lord is your healer, both mentally and physically. I am praying for you. Please pray for my mental and physical healing may the Lord have all the glory. You are healed through Christ our Lord, in fact, by His stripes you are healed. I cast out all anxiety, fear, doubt, demons, and all physical and mental illness, all to leave your life forever and never return in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Glory to Him always! Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
