Thank you for bringing this matter to us in Jesus' name. We stand with you in agreement believing and praying for this house sale. We affirm that God is the one who gives the power to create wealth and to prosper us. It is by the grace and favor of God that we do accomplish this. We recognize that God wants us to enjoy the fruit of our good labor.
As we affirm these things, we also know that God wants us to remember that it is the Lord Jesus Christ that we serve. He is the one who gives us the ability to build and sell a house. We are to remember that it is him who gives us favor with other people. In all our dealings, we need to remember to be honest and fair and to seek to do what is right. We are not to oppress another person for our advantage. We acknowledge God in all our ways and we are to trust him to direct our paths. We are to remember that we need to keep God first in our lives. We are not to make serving money our main priority.
We pray that the clients will be satisfied with the house. We pray that the builder will have the integrity and the skill to finish the house completely and honestly. We pray that God will give you favor and grace with the clients and all the other people involved in the purchase and sale of this house.
Dear Father, we come to you in Jesus' name believing. We affirm that you will prosper the work of these hands. We believe and pray that you will give these persons favor and grace with the clients and the other people involved in this purchase. We pray that you will prosper this sale and that the house will be finished in a timely manner. We pray that the client will be satisfied with the house. We pray that the builder will be honest and diligent in completing the house. We pray all these things together in unity and faith in Jesus' name.
We decree and declare that this sale will be prospered. We declare that both the client and seller will be satisfied with the results. We declare that the sale proceeds according to the divine plan and will of God. We declare that the grace and favor of God will be upon all involved in Jesus' name. Amen and amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
