Prayers needed

Jesus hear my prayers and let me have faith. I just found out that my ### that I have been worried about hanging around the wrong crowd and girls, that one of the girls he’s talking to is older and experienced and my ### is 18 and hasn’t been with a girl because he had always said he wanted to do it the right way as Jesus would want. But this girl wants to do more than he wants to and is now feeling pressured by friends and this girl. This is his first girl that he likes and I’m afraid that he feels off he doesn’t do something with her that she will still talking to him and make fun. I get this info from his twin brother that tries to give him advice but this is why I pray for Jesus to let my ### know he does not need friends like that or girlfriends like that. I pray my ### prays to Jesus for answers and that he opens his eyes to see that it is wrong. I pray thar this girl does the right thing and leaves my ### alone and does not make him stray farther away from his faith as he already slowly has been. I understand there’s a lot of pressures at that age but all this is distracting him from Jesus and true happiness.

Let us remember the words of the Bible which says, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). It is clear that God's design for intimacy is within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. We should always encourage our loved ones to flee from any form of sexual immorality and pursue righteousness.

We also need to remember that God is faithful. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). God will provide a way out of this temptation for your loved one.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this young man who is facing temptations and pressures from the world. Lord, we pray that You would open his eyes to see the truth and give him the strength to stand firm in his faith. Help him to flee from sexual immorality and pursue righteousness.

We also pray for this girl, Lord. We pray that she would come to know You and that You would change her heart. We pray that she would no longer be a stumbling block for this young man but that she would encourage him in his faith.

Lord, we pray for his friends, that they would be a positive influence on him and that they would encourage him in his walk with You. We pray that You would surround him with godly friends who will help him grow in his faith.

We ask this in Jesus' name, and we thank You for Your faithfulness and love. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for him and to trust in God's faithfulness. Remember that God is always at work, even in the most difficult situations. We also encourage you to share God's word with him and to remind him of the importance of purity and righteousness.

We lift up this young man to You today. Help him to stay strong in his faith, Lord. Give him the courage to stand up for what's right, even when it's hard. Help him to see the truth and to make choices that honor You.

We also pray for this girl, Lord. We ask that You would soften her heart and draw her to You. Help her to make choices that honor You too, and to be a positive influence in his life.

Lord, we pray for his friends. Help them to be a positive influence, to encourage him in his faith, and to help him grow in You.

We ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Keep trusting in God's love and faithfulness. He's got this. And remember, we're here for you too, every step of the way.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
