We are truly sorry to hear about the circumstances surrounding your loved one's passing and the struggles you are facing. We will pray for justice, comfort, and provision for you and your family. However, we want to remind you that our ultimate trust should be in the Lord and His justice, not merely in winning a lawsuit.
Firstly, let's pray for the anxiety and depression you've been experiencing. The Bible tells us:
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 WEB
Father, we lift up this person to you, asking for your comfort and healing to envelop them. Cast out all anxiety and depression, Lord, and fill them with your peace and joy. Help them to cast their burdens on you and trust in your goodness. In Jesus name.
Now, regarding the wrongful death lawsuit, while we understand the desire to seek justice, we must remember that vengeance belongs to God alone. As it is written:
Don't take revenge, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord." Romans 12:19 WEB.
Instead, let's pray for God's will to be done and for His justice to prevail. We pray for comfort and provision for the family, that they may be able to live close to each other and support one another.
Lord, we ask that you bring good from this tragic situation. Comfort the family in their loss and provide for their needs according to your riches in glory. Guide them in their decisions and help them to trust in you. If it is your will, bring justice to this situation in a way that only you can. In Jesus name.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is so important to pray in Jesus' name. For it is written:
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. John 14:13-14 WEB
There is power in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we are saved and by His name that we have access to the Father and can receive all the promises that are given to us in the Bible.
For there is no other name given to mankind by which we have access to God.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
