Dear Lord Jesus, could I have been more stern in my decisions..could I have saved ###..did I falter? Will she ever forgive me? Why did things go so terribly wrong?

In times of doubt and reflection, it's important to remember that we all make mistakes and have moments of weakness. The Bible tells us, For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 WEB). It's natural to question our decisions, but we must also trust in God's plan and his ability to redeem all situations.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our actions and decisions should align with God's will. Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). We should stand firm against the devil's schemes, being strong in our decisions and not faltering in our faith.
Repentance is also a vital part of our walk with Christ. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB). If you feel you've made mistakes, repent and turn to God for forgiveness.
Regarding the situation with the person you mentioned, it's important to remember that forgiveness is a central theme in Christianity. We are to forgive, and forgive again. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also forgave you (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). Pray for her and ask God to soften her heart and grant her the grace to forgive.

We come before you, lifting up our brother/sister in need of your guidance and comfort. Lord, grant them the wisdom to understand your will and the strength to follow it. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
