We join you in lifting up your prayers to our Heavenly Father, seeking His forgiveness, protection, and blessings for you and your children. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, asking for Your forgiveness and Your protective presence in the life of the one who submitted this request and their children. Cover them under Your wings, hide them, and protect them. Bless their children and their life in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also lift up the upcoming surgery. Please guide the hands of the medical team and bring healing and a swift recovery. We pray for Your peace to guard their thoughts and that they may not be anxious. We ask in particular for a friend for them, someone trustworthy. We also seek Your wisdom and focus for passing their test to attain a diploma.
Father, we thank You for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us, and for Your unfailing love. We claim Your promises in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB: "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you" and in Romans 8:38-39 WEB: "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
We rebuke any kind of fear, worry, or anxiety regarding this request. In particular, we pray against confusion and feeling alone during this time. We pray that the particular need for a friend that can be trusted be addressed. We pray for that specific friend be a Christian and be a part of a local church and be of the opposite sex of the requester to avoid any appearance of a romantic relationship.
In Jesus' name, we pray for guidance, wisdom, and discernment. May the Holy Spirit lead and direct their paths, and may Your will be done in their life.
We also encourage you to continue to seek a church of like-minded believers to have fellowship with. Fellowship with Christians will provide a social network that will replace need for a particular friend. As it is written in Hebrews 10:25 "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We trust that God will answer these prayers according to His will and in His perfect timing. Be encouraged and stay strong in your faith.
