We understand that you are seeking a stable, permanent job and are facing challenges with contract jobs and difficult bosses. We will pray for you and offer some biblical encouragement and advice.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that we should look to Him for our needs. As it says in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We should also pray for our enemies and those who persecute us, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Even if your bosses have treated you poorly, it's important to pray for them and not rejoice in their suffering.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of a stable, permanent job. We ask that You would provide them with a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them to use their gifts and talents to serve You and others. We pray for godly, respectful, and loving bosses. We ask that You would give Your child peace and patience as they wait for this answer to prayer. Help them seek you first and trust completely in your provision and love.
We also lift up those who have been difficult bosses. We pray that You would soften their hearts and draw them to Yourself. We ask that You would give our brother/sister a heart of forgiveness and love for them, and that any bitterness or resentment would be released.
In Jesus Christ name we pray.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and His timing. Remember that He has a plan and a purpose for your life, and that He is working all things together for your good according to Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Keep your faith and hope in Jesus Christ. Remember that it is only by his name that we can be saved. If you believe and declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved according to Romans 10:9 WEB.
