Pray for ###'s marriage restoration

Please pray for my son-in-law to reflect on the life that brought him to marry my daughter. He met a woman and has filed for divorce completely catching my daughter by surprise. She is a very kind and caring person and is hurting so deeply. She committed to marriage vows for life and never saw this coming. Please pray her husband reflect on the hurt he is causing her and come back to her to restore the marriage they committed under God.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trial your daughter and her husband are facing, and we are reminded of the solemn vows made in marriage, as it is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. As it is written in Mark 10:9: "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

We must also address the sin that has entered into this marriage. The sin of adultery that caused the separation as stated in Matthew 19:9: "I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and he who marries her when she is divorced commits adultery."

Let us pray together for their marriage, for God's will to be done, and for both of their hearts to be drawn to Him.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this marriage to You, asking for Your will to be done. We pray for the husband, that You would soften his heart and turn it toward You. We rebuke the spirit of adultery. We pray that he would reflect on the vows he made before You and the pain he has caused his wife. We ask that You would bring him to repentance, that he would turn away from the sin and temptation.

Father, we also lift up the daughter. We ask for Your comfort and healing in this trying time. We pray that she would lean on You, that she would be reminded of Your love and faithfulness, even in this storm. We ask that You would give her the strength and wisdom to navigate this trial, that she would be a light to her husband, and that she would be ready to forgive and restore the marriage as You lead.

Father we pray for Your will to be done and Your glory to be revealed in this situation. We ask for the full restoration of this marriage, let them remember the dedication and commitment to each other and You. Please give them both hearts of humility, repentance, forgiveness, and love that will draw them back together. Above all we pray that they will remember the Price that Jesus paid on the cross for them to save them from their sins. To restore their fellowship and relationship with the Father.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. It is by His stripes that they are healed. It is by His blood that they are made righteous. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, to pray fervently, and to trust in the Lord. Remember the words of Romans 8:28: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Trust in Him, and do not lose hope. Continue to pray for your daughter and her husband, and we will join you in praying for their marriage to be restored and for God's will to be done.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

I can assure you that Jesus is very real! Hell is very real (Lake of Lava)! Sometimes if we really want something from Jesus then we need to read and study about how to get Him to take care of that. Sometimes we think we have prayed enough but maybe we just haven’t prayed the right way.

Read the book of Hosea in the Bible KJV for promises from God/Jesus for our marriages and our families. This brought my wife back to me more than once...

In Jesus put a hedge around my daughter’s marriage, around her husband, turn away other lovers, restore them unto You and restore them unto each other in Jesus! All for Your Glory Lord Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

We should always love and forgive especially our spouses as if it is ourselves standing before Jesus. This brought my wife back to me a few times in such a way that she actually still thinks I was the one that sabotaged her but I know differently.
