We understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and truth according to the Word of God. First, we must address that the belief in curses is not biblical. God is in control, and He has the last word in our lives. God does not want you to live in fear or bondage to any supposed curse. Instead, He wants you to live in the freedom and victory that Jesus Christ has secured for you.
Let's address the issues you've raised. Most importantly, salvation and our approach to God comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that you can receive the blessings and promises of God. As scripture says, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" Ephesians 1:7 WEB. There is no other name by which we are saved.
You mentioned that you were expected to care for your family at the expense of your own relationships and career. While the Bible teaches us to honor our parents, it does not require us to put our lives on hold indefinitely. Jesus himself said, "For I came to set a man at odds against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. A man’s foes will be those of his own household. He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he who loves son or daughter more than me isn’t worthy of me." Matthew 10:35-37 WEB. This means that our primary allegiance and love is to God.
Regarding relationships, God wants you to be happy and fulfilled, but it's important to seek His will in His way. The Bible teaches that we should not be unequally yoked, which means we should seek a spouse who is also a believer in Jesus Christ. As for having a boyfriend, we encourage you to pursue godly courtship with marriage as the goal. "Do not be deceived. 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB. God's design for relationships is holy and pure, and we should strive for that.
We also want to address the issue of having children. While it's commendable that you've accepted your health situation, remember that God can work miracles, and nothing is impossible for Him. However, having children is not the only path to a fulfilled life. Many women in the Bible, like Miriam, Deborah, and Anna, served God mightily without having children.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your touch. Lord, she has been hurt and held back by words spoken over her and by expectations placed upon her. We ask that You break any hold that these things have on her life. Give her freedom and victory in Jesus Christ.
Father, we ask that You guide her in Your will for her life. If it is Your will for her to be in a godly marriage, we pray that You bring a godly spouse into her life. Help her to seek You first and to trust in Your timing.
We also pray for healing—both emotional and physical. Lord, touch her body and make her whole. Give her a new song in her heart and hope for her future.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and know that God loves you deeply and has a plan for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
