We understand that you are seeking prayer for someone close to you who is experiencing stress due to some poor decisions you've made. Firstly, we appreciate your humility in acknowledging your part in the situation. We will begin by remembering what God's Word says about stress and anxiety:

"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB

While we will pray for stress relief, we also encourage you to seek God's forgiveness for the poor decisions and ask for His guidance in making better choices in the future. It's also important to discuss this with the person affected, asking for their forgiveness as well. Jesus gives us clear instructions in the Lord's Prayer,

"And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors." Matthew 6:12 WEB

In your request, you ended with "In the name of God The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit," but we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said,

"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." John 14:6 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this person who is experiencing stress due to the actions of another. Lord, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray that You would comfort them and relieve them of the stress they are feeling.

We also pray for the one who has made the poor decisions, asking for Your forgiveness and guidance. Help them to make better choices in the future and to seek forgiveness from those they have hurt.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In addressing relationships, we do not specify who the person is and what the poor decisions were. If this is a boyfriend or girlfriend, we would encourage both of you to make sure this relationship is a courtship seeking marriage. We would also encourage the relationship to be one between two Christians.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift up your loved one in prayer, that they would be relieved of the stress that has been weighing heavily on them. We are honored that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf and stand in agreement with you.
