We understand that you are going through a stressful time, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. First of all, we are thankful to God that you have sought Him and used His name and Jesus' name. Know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew WEB:
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
God cares about your situation and He wants to give you strength and peace.
Jesus faced bullying and persecution, and He understands your pain. He said:
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
We pray that God gives you the strength to endure and forgive those who have treated you poorly. We will also pray for those bullying you, that God would soften their hearts and turn them away from this hurtful behavior. Remember, God wants us to love our enemies, do good to those who hate us, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us.
Regarding your job search, be encouraged by this:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
God has a plan for you, and He will guide you to the right job at the right time. Be patient and persistent in your job search, and trust that God is working behind the scenes.
We also address the issue that there may be a spiritual component to your struggles. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
We pray for victory over any spiritual attack, that Satan would be rebuked in Jesus Christ's name, and that you will be freed from the bondage of such attacks.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our brother to you, asking for Your divine intervention in his life. We rebuke Satan and his plans to harm him - physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Give him strength, peace, and guidance. Soften the hearts of those who have bullied him, and bless them with conviction and change. Guide him to the right job, and give him favor in his job search. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
