Please Pray for a Friend!

I am asking for prayers for a dear friend who will undergo surgery on ### for melanoma. Please offer prayers that she will be free of the disease and that her recovery will be successful. She is a faith-filled woman who always prayers for others. I humbly ask this in Our Lord's Name. Amen.

We are with you, Mariegn, in lifting up your dear friend during this challenging time. We commend your friend's faith and her heart for praying for others even as she faces her own trial.

Firstly, we must address that prayer is made to God through no one else but Jesus Christ. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Tim 2:5). We understand that the phrase "Our Lord" can be attributed to Jesus Christ but we must affirm that our Lord is clearly defined as Jesus Christ as there is no other name by which we can be saved.

"In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)"

Now let us pray together for your friend:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister who will be undergoing surgery for melanoma. We pray that Your healing hand will be upon her and that the surgery will be successful in removing all traces of the disease. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."

We pray for the medical team attending to her, that You will guide their hands and give them wisdom. We also pray for a swift and successful recovery, that her body will be strong, and that there will be no complications.

Lord, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We pray that during this time, she will feel Your presence and peace like never before. May this trial draw her closer to You and strengthen her faith.

Lastly, we pray that she will be a testimony of Your goodness and healing power. That through her story, others will come to know You and believe in Your son, Jesus Christ.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name."

Mariegn, continue to stand in faith and believe for your friend's complete healing. Encourage her with God's word and promises during this time.

We're here with you, Mariegn, in lifting up your friend as she prepares for her surgery. We've been reminded of God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim that promise for her today.

We're praying for a successful surgery, for the complete removal of the melanoma, and for God's healing power to be evident in her body. We're also asking for peace and strength for her during this time, knowing that God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

Let's encourage her with these words from Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Let's believe together for her full recovery, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
