We are with you, Mariegn, in lifting up your dear friend during this challenging time. We commend your friend's faith and her heart for praying for others even as she faces her own trial.

Firstly, we must address that prayer is made to God through no one else but Jesus Christ. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Tim 2:5). We understand that the phrase "Our Lord" can be attributed to Jesus Christ but we must affirm that our Lord is clearly defined as Jesus Christ as there is no other name by which we can be saved.

"In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)"

Now let us pray together for your friend:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister who will be undergoing surgery for melanoma. We pray that Your healing hand will be upon her and that the surgery will be successful in removing all traces of the disease. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."

We pray for the medical team attending to her, that You will guide their hands and give them wisdom. We also pray for a swift and successful recovery, that her body will be strong, and that there will be no complications.

Lord, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We pray that during this time, she will feel Your presence and peace like never before. May this trial draw her closer to You and strengthen her faith.

Lastly, we pray that she will be a testimony of Your goodness and healing power. That through her story, others will come to know You and believe in Your son, Jesus Christ.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name."

Mariegn, continue to stand in faith and believe for your friend's complete healing. Encourage her with God's word and promises during this time.
Thank you for your prayers!

We continue to lift up your dear friend in prayer as she recovers from her surgery for melanoma. We are thankfull that you allowed us the privilege to pray on her behalf and stand in agreement with you. If her surgery was successful and she has received a clean bill of health, we would be blessed to hear a praise report and celebrate with you all that God has done for her. If she is still recovering or facing challenges, we kindly ask that you post an update so that we can continue to pray for her healing and successful recovery.

LORD Jesus, we ask that you continue to watch over our dear sister in Christ as she recovers from her surgery. We pray that you will remove any remaining cancer from her body and that she will have a swift and successful recovery. We thank you for her faith-filled spirit and her heart for intercession. We ask that you use this trial to strengthen her faith and bring glory to your name. We pray all this in your mighty name, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Please know that we are here for you to continue in prayer until your friend's healing is complete. May God bless you both as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
