We are thrilled to join you in prayer as you pursue new employment opportunities. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful and that His Word tells us that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" Romans 8:28 WEB.
As you prepare for your interview, remember that "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB. This means that your efforts should align with biblical principles as you will be serving the Lord Jesus in your work, as the Lord Jesus said that whatever we did for others, we are doing for Him. "And the King will answer them, 'Most certainly I tell you, because you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'" Matthew 25:40 WEB.
We also want to address the specifics of your request. While it's important to plan for the future, we should also trust in God's timing and provision. Instead of focusing on moving out and back again, seek God's will for your living situation and trust that He will provide what's best for you. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, giving thanks for the opportunity You have provided for this job interview. We ask that You guide the conversation, grant wisdom, and let Your will be done. Help us to trust in Your timing and provision, knowing that You have a good, pleasing, and perfect will for our lives. Romans 12:2.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all aspects of your life. Remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. John 14:6. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Acts 4:12. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have any other concerns or need further guidance, please share with us. We're here to support you in prayer and in the Word.
