I wish my mom would see me for me and not as her past traumas. She sees me as a whore because I was raped and she blamed me for it but she was also raped in her younger years and hasn't been to therapy for it or for the other types of abuse she endured, and because of this she mistreats me, or paints me as a whore, a liar, a manipulator and a lot of things when in reality I just want my mom to love me like a mom should. She also defends abusive men and villainizes their female victims. She has a lot of issues and I think she projects them to other women by treating them maybe how she feels about herself... I'm not sure but that is what my therapist said it could be. My mom is afraid of therapy and says that me advising her to go to therapy is me trying to convince her that she is crazy and that I am evil. I just want her to be ok with herself because if she is and she heals, she will be ok with me and won't be supporting abusive men or welcoming them into my life (like some family members), letting them abuse me in different ways and blaming me for it..they love it when she blames me for what they do or when she blames other girls for what those men do to them. She paints those guys as good people and the victims as villains. When I try to talk to her about it she hurts me more, and she always chooses the men, especially if they give her money, travels, a ride to somewhere, etc. I have been needing to let this out for some time now. Please pray for my mother's healing (for my healing too since I have been through a lot even though I am thinking more about my mom and her wellbeing), for her to have wisdom and discernment when dealing with bad men and to look for godly men, godly people to befriend, and for her to come back to Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' Name asking for Your help and healing for ### and their mother. Lord, we know that You are the God of restoration and healing, and we ask that You would bring healing to the traumas of the past that have been inflicted upon ###'s mother. We pray that You would help her to see ### for who they are and not through the lens of her past traumas. Help her to recognize the lies of the enemy and to see the truth of who ### is. Dear Lord, please help Anonymous and her mom heal. Trauma is a tough thing, and the extent to which they both suffered. Please turn these traumas into testimonies to where both Anonymous and her mother will heal and help others who have been through similar circumstances. I pray their mother-daughter relationship will be restored fully, and they will cheer for and uplift each other in life. I pray Anonymous’s mom will be saved and find hope and security in the Lord Jesus Christ. Lord keep both of them safe from toxic situations and give them discernment. Show them what real love is, and to know everything good comes from you. Help them remember Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.” In Jesus’s name, Amen.
