I lost my 7 week pregnancy

i was pregnant and yesterday i had a vacuum extraction.i lost my baby at 7 weeks the reason doc said it not clear..during the first days of pregnancy i dreamt breastfeeding a baby , and previously i dreamt i was changing a baby dipper.please pray for me as i need a baby girl i dont knw the meaning of this..Sometimes i dream of sleeping with unknown man..please help me pray.1

Nothing happens with out His knowledge. Let us think and believe that It was for good. Probably ,God must have seen some defects.and hence he decided . Trust in Him and pray to God ,He will never leave you half way. You dreamt that you share with another man. God must have warned about your sin.
