I liked it better as a kid. You're an adult, you realize the gravity of things and have more "situations" on your shoulders to deal with. Things were mellower "back then." As far as I'm concerned, I should have stayed 10 years old forever.Life was simpler.

When we are young we are dependents. Our parents or guardian deals with most of the hardship. Once we have matured and leave home we become fully sovereign and responsible of all the good and bad. So it is wise to anchor ourselves in the Heavenly Father. But no matter how you cut it, there will always be tribulations here on earth.

Heavenly Father I lift up all those going through hardship and humbly ask that You would bring them comfort. I pray in the mighty name of our Messiah, amen.

How true.You notice parents taking the family on a car trip. The father has things like ,paying for car repairs that happen, meeting bills, issues that pop up. The kids, meanwhile, are in the back seat playing pattycake.Completely unaware of adult issues, and not only unaware but they don't have to deal with those things.
