did you know that your state or county may have in home speech and occupational therapy available for him, my great nephew was having similar problems and the county sent therapists into the home for almost a year, he is now at the top of his class in grammar school and plays multiple music instruments, check into it and praying is always the first remedy to all things, I'm praying for your grandson right now
