We are truly sorry to hear about your father's health struggles. Let us remind us all of God's power to heal and comfort as we turn to His word.
Let's remember the words of Psalm 103:2-3, Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases.
First, we acknowledge that all healing comes from God, as it is He alone has the power to restore and make whole. Psalm 103:2-3,
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases.
We pray together for your father's healing, believing in the power of Jesus' name. It is by His stripes we are healed, as prophesied in Isaiah 53:5, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
Let us pray together for God's healing touch,
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in our father's life. You know his struggles and his pains. You know his desire to speak clearly and walk unassisted. We ask, Lord, that You grant him clear speech. You told your people to ask for what we need. We ask You for this in Jesus' name.
We pray for complete healing from Parkinson's disease and all its debilitating effects. As the Great Physician, we know that nothing is impossible for You. We trust in Your promise in Matthew 21:22, All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.
We also pray for his continued recovery from his orthopedic surgery. Strengthen his legs to walk without assistance.
Father, we ask for Your healing mercy to flow through his body, restoring every cell, every nerve, every muscle, and every bone to full health. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has attacked his body, and we command it to leave and never return.
Lord, while we wait for Your healing, we pray for Your comfort and strength to fill his days. May Your peace rule over his body, soul, and spirit. Surround him and our entire family with Your unfailing love.
Father, we ask this all believing in the mighty name, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we must address something of great importance. While we see you acknowledged God can heal, we must also acknowledge that healing and all access to God is by the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. It is only by Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to God. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.
Therefore, we encourage you and your family to believe in Jesus Christ, confessing with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believing in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Together, we continue to pray for your father's healing and for all to come to saving faith in Jesus Christ.
