Drink a glass of water mixed with a tablespoon of vinegar after every meal and or after every time you have acid reflux and pretty soon you'll only need to do that once a week to once a month to once or twice a year. Worked for me! Acid reflux happens because of not enough acid in our stomachs.

Brother James thank you for sharing. My aunt told me about apple cider vinegar for reflux. Get the apple cider vinegar with the mother.
