Did you know that there is a natural cure for acid reflux? Drink a glass of water mixed with a tablespoon of vinegar after every meal and or after every time you have acid reflux and pretty soon you'll only need to do that once a week to once a month to once or twice a year. Worked for me! Acid reflux happens because of not enough acid in our stomachs.
