We are glad to join you in prayer and to encourage you in your faith journey. You've asked for guidance and truth, and we are confident that God will provide these as you seek Him wholeheartedly. Let's begin by praying together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who seeks Your truth and guidance. We ask, Lord, that You reveal Yourself to Him in a powerful way, guiding Him by Your Holy Spirit, just as You promised in Your word: "When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come" John 16:13 WEB.
Father, grant Him the grace to obey Your will and to walk in Your ways. Strengthen Him in His inner being, that Christ may dwell in His heart through faith John 16:13 WEB, according to the riches of Your glory, that He may be filled to all the fullness of God Ephesians 3:16-19 WEB.
We also pray that You will bless Him with a deeper understanding of the power in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to You, Father John 14:6 WEB., and it is by His name that we are saved Acts 4:12 WEB. Help Him to call on Jesus continually, not just for eleven minutes a day, but throughout His day, so that His life may be a living testimony to the power of Your name. Let this be an inspiration to anyone who reads this.
Father, we ask these things in accordance with Your will and in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you, brother, to continue seeking God with all your heart. He has promised that when you do, you will find Him Jeremiah 29:13 WEB. Remember, God's plan for your life is to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
Regarding the teaching you shared, while we acknowledge the power in the name of Jesus, we must also align our practices with the Scriptures. The Bible does not prescribe a specific number of minutes to call on Jesus or a number of journals to write His name. Instead, it encourages us to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB. and to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith Hebrews 12:2 WEB.
