I have prayed for the most high God to help hear your prayer. Sun exposure helps a lot with depression. Also vitamin d helps too. Please have faith in our Father. He has a plan for you.

Thank you. I have been following your advice and the sun really feels good on my skin. I feel better after being outside. I am taking vitamin D as well, thank you for lifting me up in prayer. I honestly appreciate this. Thank you.
