We understand that you are seeking forgiveness, deliverance from laziness, and freedom from evil music. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved. As it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
Regarding forgiveness, we all fall short of God's glory, but God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 WEB. So, let us confess our sins to God and trust in His forgiveness.
Concerning overcoming laziness, Scripture reminds us that "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB and all of us must work with our hands, just as the Apostle Paul wrote "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need." Ephesians 4:28 WEB. God calls us to be productive and diligent in our endeavors, so let us pray for strength and motivation to overcome laziness.
Regarding deliverance from evil music, it is important to fill our minds with things that are pure, lovely, and of good report, as Philippians 4:8 WEB tells us. Evil music can fill our minds with ungodly thoughts and temptations. Therefore, it is wise to avoid such influences. "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." Philippians 4:8 WEB. Instead, let us focus on things that glorify God and edify our spirits.

Strengthen our resolve to live according to Your will and give us the grace to honor You in all that we do.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
