Coworker

Coworkers who has been bullying me for the past 2 years has the audacity to ask for all my work and resources I have been building for the past 3 years for free for all. I am heartbroken now that she needs she’s pretending to be nice when she’s been rude, disrespectful, ignoring all these years, hurting my feelings. I have asked for prayers several times already for her misbehavior. Now she wants to take all my hard work for free. I need God to intervene. In Jesus name I pray amen.

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with a coworker who has been bullying you and now wants to take advantage of your hard work. First, we commend you for continuing to turn to God in this situation and praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we can find true resolution and peace. Remember, the Bible tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, so that we may be children of our Father who is in heaven Matthew 5:44-45 WEB.

It is important to set boundaries and not allow others to take advantage of us. Proverbs 22:3 WEB says, "The prudent sees danger and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it." It is wise to protect the work you have done and not freely give away what you have earned.

Moreover, we should not seek revenge but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Romans 12:19 WEB. Instead, continue to do good to those who wrong you.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, seeking Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that You would soften our coworker's heart and bring conviction upon her for the way she has treated us. Help us to forgive her and to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of her actions. Give us wisdom and discernment in how to handle this situation, and help us to set boundaries that protect the work we have done. We trust in Your justice and Your timing.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by these words from Romans 12:21 WEB, "Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." Continue to do good and trust in God's plan. He sees all and will make the crooked ways straight.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when someone we've been patient with for so long now wants to take what's ours. We've been praying for her, and we'll keep doing so, but let's also remember to pray for ourselves. We need wisdom to navigate this, and strength to set those boundaries. It's okay to say no, to protect what we've worked hard for. Let's trust that God will honor our efforts and our integrity. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
