I hear sometimes, Christians who go to a certain church who seem to "knock" some in other churches (legitimate Gospel churches, not apostate). Struggling with anxiety and hypochondria

The last year of my life has been a real struggle. I have had this paralyzing anxiety related to my health. Every feeling, every sensation, I assume it's gonna kill me. It makes it extremely debilitating. I have "self-diagnosed" myself with cancers and so many other issues that I do not actually have. I know Jesus gives our heart a sound mind and the spirit of fear is not of him. I am in my journey of growing closer to him and it's really challenging feeling like my anxiety will not go away...
