Protection from noise NOW+weekends (sleep)

Lord let my 2 neighbours upstairs and next door be quiet this whole weekend especially in the night and early morning in Jesus name. This morning someone used a vacuum cleaner at 7 am. Non-stop sabotaging of my sleep at weekends either in the morning or evening and my upstairs neighbour is a champion because he makes noise sometimes at 1 or even 3 am.
