I am struggling at times to think positive, where my mind keeps going back to an unjust past wound, and at night I wake up thinking about the situation. So I get disturbed sleep. I am trying to release this burden to God but I keep picking it back up in my mind. Praying for inner healing and also help to release this burden to God.
