Last weekend, I noticed some people who appeared to be homeless staying in the package depot while I was picking up my package. One of them had a small piece of paper containing a black powder. I reported this to the authorities. Previously, another homeless man sought refuge there when the temperature dropped below zero degrees Celsius.
