Hello, I suffer from disassociation and therefore sometimes I cannot find ways if I want to go somewhere new. Our church moved to a new building. I want to go to church tomorrow, but I am afraid of getting lost or not finding the way. It is not so far away, 5 min with tram and then I have to walk 20 min. But I am stressed out and have a burn-out and depression and I don't know why, but the thought of going somewhere new stresses me a lot. Nonetheless, I want to keep going to church next...
