the time for signing a renewal lease (which was offered very late) has elapsed. I am unemployed with rent arrears, and it didn't make sense to sign a NEW lease agreement if I'm already behind in rent and now I have some flexibility to move, either way my income and arrears issues still have not been resolved. Our previous daughter is in week 8 of student teaching with ### than one month to finish up term 1.
