I saw some videos on YouTube and those dog abusers who claimed to be their owners are painting dogs with paints or some toxic chemicals to harden the fur of the animal in the USA for some TikTok videos, but the animals' heat is being trapped until overheating and they will die. Pray that either those who do that will either repent or be apprehended for their animal cruelty and the ones who save them and rush them to the vet.
