We understand that you're seeking prayers for safety and protection at work, as well as guidance regarding working from home due to health concerns. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work and health. It is good that the request concluded with Amen, but it is important to remember that we are told in the scriptures "For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "for 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB).
In all situations, we should first come to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as we are told "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB) and "whoever may come to me, I will in no way throw him out." (John 6:37 WEB).
Regarding your safety and protection at work, we recall the words of Psalm 91, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection and safety over Your child at their workplace. Guard them from all harm and danger, and guide them in their daily tasks.
Concerning the low blood sugars and the desire to work from home, we remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Lord, You know the situation better than anyone. Please provide clear guidance and wisdom regarding this matter. If it is Your will for them to work from home, open the doors and make a way. If not, give them the strength and grace to continue working on-site. Guide them to the best doctors and treatments to handle the health concerns. We pray for healing in the name of Jesus Christ.
Help them to fix their minds on You and to trust in You at all times, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
