We understand that you are seeking prayer for God's provision through your handiwork. It's commendable that you're looking to use your skills and efforts to meet your needs. We want to pray towards that and also look at God's word to strengthen our faith in His provision.
Firstly, we must acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
As we seek God's provision, let's remember that He wants us to depend on Him, not just our abilities. "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain." Psalm 127:1 WEB.
We are to work heartily, knowing that our ultimate provider is God. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your provision for our dear friend. We thank You for the skills and abilities You've given them, and we pray that You bless the work of their hands. Help them to remember that You are their ultimate provider and to depend on You in all things.
Give them opportunities for work, and help them to be diligent and honest in their endeavors. As they look towards you in their work, let favor and blessings flow. We also ask, Lord, that You provide for them in unexpected ways, so that they may see Your hand in their life.
We pray that through this situation, they may grow closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness.
And should this be a prayer from someone who has not believed in Jesus Christ, we pray that today be the day that they would call on Jesus name and be saved. Forgive them of their sin and grant unto them the gift of the Holy Spirit.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May God bless you.
