Suddenly on lady taking past issue explains that she happy without me .telling suggestions all that I don’t require but we have focus on only work as college .she is putting all poisoned with all her word
Am surprised. Throwing all negativity on me
I just sad I can understand I can give only work as lead am not doing any thing bad in background
Even though she assuming and hurting me very bad
I felt very bad god give me strength to few more days bear this lady
Non stop she is talking.she is not letting me talk

Am, we understand that you're facing a challenging situation at your workplace, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical guidance.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.

In this situation, it's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Therefore, we should not wrestle against this person but instead, put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13 WEB.

It's clear that this colleague is bringing negativity into your workplace and hurting you with her words. However, we must remember what the Bible says about our speech: Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. Ephesians 4.29. Therefore but we might repeatedly need to remind her.

It's also important to address the fact that you didn't mention Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4.12 WEB. So, we encourage you to come before God in Jesus' name especially in prayers and professing Jesus in all areas of life that he can save and empower us even though we will not do so in work life in a forceful way.

We pray for His strength and empowerment. Let us pray for you:

Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up Am to You, asking for Your grace and strength to endure this trial and also for other good coworkers that are listening in the work place and/or spiritual warfare against evil in the workplace and her heart. Grant Am the patience and wisdom to respond biblically to this situation, and help Am with focusing work but resolve this hurt keeping the work going effectively so that all her coworkers to see Your light shining through her. In Jesus Christ name we pray with confidence. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek peace with this coworker and pray for her as Jesus said: But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. Matthew 5:44 WEB. Tell her how hurtful the conversations are and let this be what you focus on rather than one grown from the content. It may not be easy, but with God's grace, you can overcome and see Jesus.

But remember, we're not fighting against flesh and blood here. This is spiritual, and we've got the whole armor of God to protect us.
