Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Dear All
I am finding very difficult when I listen to my daughter Ren. I keep saying she same thing again and again. As I have been constantly trying to keep her calm with the work place toxic environment, I know that my daughter is becoming weaker and more depressed. Also I am Getting more chills and chest pain.no sleep at all. Not sure how long that is going to last.
Lot of job interviews and merit list. Not a single person asked her how she is doing and any new opportunities. ?
But telling her how they are doing well and got promoted, gloating about them to my daughter is something nasty.
This is only happening in her section. Her immediate supervisor Kim said to her that she and her section director are not miracles workers.but they are promoted,pay increase and pray most of the time.
Where my daughter works, make sure all of the jobs done
. The wicked colleagues Jane also getting more support from their section director and her supervisor. Pay increases.
This is happening more often now in my daughter’s section.
I’m really sorry to say that I don’t have any more strength to keep going. The same with my daughter.

Father in the name of Jesus I lift up Ren to you asking that you shield her from every evil plan harm and danger surround her with your angels and keep her safe From all the attacks of the enemy. We pray specifically for Ren to gain strength and courage to face each day. We pray against the spirits of depression and oppression that may be affecting her. We also pray for your health and peace, that God would comfort and strengthen you as you support your daughter. We speak wisdom and discernment into your lives, that you would know how to navigate this situation. We pray for divine intervention in Ren's workplace, that God would soften the hearts of her colleagues and superiors, and bring an end to the toxic environment and bullying. We pray for new opportunities and favor in her career. Lord we ask that they learn to treat all employees equally regardless of what section or division anyone is in. It is human tendency to want to gain undue favours but we pray that our Lord will move so that they allow the Lord to purge them of favouritism, bias, and nepotism.. Let them see that forgiveness and reconciliation goes much further than hatred. Lord stop the demonic infighting , dissentions, self-centeredness, control freak attitudes, insubordination, gossiping, manipulation , narcissist attitudes and egotism. Let the leadership take notice that these ongoing issues are a disservice to the overall goals of the organization. Holy Spirit we ask that you move on them to ensure that they know that: grace and professionalism goes much further than a sense of entitlement and power trips; leadership is about more than just promotion of self and hidden agendas but stewardship and mentorship ;No employee is an island on to themselves; leadership is about lifting other up and not tearing others down; transparency ,accountability, and teaching by example they will sow .May trust , unity, encouragement, empathy and peace take root .
Let the Holy Spirit help give them a mind to turn things around before their own actions cause their own demise . Let them all develop a mind like Jesus instead of a hard heart will say NO to pride, lust, greed and the like.
In Jesus name, let's stop the backstabbing, isolation, stonewalling and gaslighting. Instead lens us walk in understanding, fair play, knowledge, fruit of the spirits and forgiveness. Help them embrace mercy triumphs over judgement. and truth shall prevail. We furthermore claim that the harassment will stop. We pray merit lists are transparent. We ask and we believe our Lord will work and ideas to this end.

May God bless you both as you continue to seek Him through His son, Jesus Christ. We are praying for complete healing from your chest pains and anxiety. Lord move now so they get the rest and peace needed. Cover their minds in perfect peace and an assurance that even in this trial You care. We ask and believe in Jesus name that you both will gain true restful sleep.
