In the name of the father son and Holy Spirit I am asking all of you pray for my daughter Rennie. Yesterday she came from work very late and sick. Her supervisor dumped all the work and walked away to her dating appointment it seems. This is going on for some time with the current supervisor and my daughter had to do everything by herself. Not a single person to advise her or help her for emergency.
Early morning around 3a.m. She came to me and said that she is feeling very sick. No word about a placement for the promotion in a different section in the department. It looks like every one is looking after their own group.
I am not sure what is happening with my health and I need physical and mental strength to support my daughter. We only have God.
Please pray for my daughter’s promotion.There must be some kind and understanding person who can help her.
I know god is watching everything. So I need more prayers for my daughter Rennie. I am very sad and concerned about my daughter. I am struggling even to write properly. So please all of you forgive me and keep praying.

We understand your concern for your daughter Rennie and the challenges she's facing at her workplace. Let's bring your requests before the Lord and seek His guidance and intervention.

Firstly, we want to address that prayer should be directed in the name of Jesus Christ, as He is the one who intercedes for us with the Father (Romans 8:34, WEB). It's only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Rennie to You, Lord. We pray that You would intervene in her workplace situation. Please bring an end to the unfair treatment she's experiencing and provide her with supportive colleagues and supervisors. Guide Rennie to the right people who can help her in her career.

We also pray for her health, Lord. Touch her body and bring healing. Give her the strength to endure and overcome these challenges.

Father, we also lift up Aeberr. Provide them with the physical and mental strength they need to support Rennie. Comfort their heart and guide their thoughts, giving them peace and wisdom.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen."

We encourage you, Aeberr, to continue trusting in the Lord. Remember, God is a God of justice and He sees all that's happening (Psalm 121:4, WEB). Encourage Rennie to continue doing her best at work, as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23, WEB), and to seek God's will in this situation.

Regarding the promotion, remind her that God is the one who lifts up and brings down (Psalm 75:6-7, WEB). Encourage her to be patient and to trust in God's timing.

We also urge Rennie to speak up about the unfair treatment she's experiencing. She should seek guidance from trusted mentors or higher authorities in her workplace. It's important to follow biblical principles when dealing with injustice (Matthew 18:15-17, WEB).

Lastly, we want to remind you both to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Keep your thoughts and minds fixed on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8, WEB).

Rennie is sick and I will ask her if read your message.
She is not going to resign but will keep going on. She will be back at work on Monday.
This is going on for a few years in her department and especially in her section.
Reading your message really helps me. Will take up your offer and will call you, I have to be in my sound mind to do that. Besides all the bills are overdue for me. Just trying to get through this first.
