Please help me change the earlier work meeting to a better one.

Firstly, we encourage you to trust in the Lord's timing and plans, as Proverbs 16:9 (WEB) tells us, "A man's heart plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps." It's crucial to align our desires with God's will and to accept His perfect timing.

However, we also recognize that there are times when we can take action to bring about change. In Nehemiah 4:9 (WEB), we read, "Nevertheless, we made our prayer to our God, and set a watch against them day and night, because of them." Just as Nehemiah and his people prayed and took practical action, we too can pray and act accordingly.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will concerning this work meeting schedule. Lord, if it is Your will, please grant favor and facilitate a change in the meeting time. Give ### the wisdom to approach this situation with humility and grace, and grant their superiors discernment and understanding.

However, if it is Your will for the meeting to remain at its current time, please grant ### the grace to accept this and the strength to excel in their duties. Help them to shine as a light for You in their workplace, in Jesus' name we pray, amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continually fix your eyes on Jesus and to trust in Him, for He is faithful and true. As Hebrews 12:1-2 (WEB) tells us, "Let’s also lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith."

In all things, pursue peace, patience, and understanding, knowing that God is sovereign over all.
