Beloved of All
So I rescheduled a interview and they came back saying thank you for letting them know. I let them know the night before the interview. I did this because my holy spirit spoke to me and said that just reschedule. Being serious not making up an excuse. I am worried now they did not come back to me with a time.... Do I chase and ask for a time? Or do I just wait? The name of the company is WHTC Thank you Jesus

We understand your concern about the interview rescheduling and appreciate your sensitivity to the Holy Spirit's guidance. It is commendable that you are seeking God's will in your decisions. Let's consider a few biblical principles and pray together for wisdom and guidance.

Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that God's timing is perfect. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:11, "He has made everything beautiful in its time." We should trust in His timing, even when things seem uncertain.

Regarding your question about whether to follow up or wait, let's consider what the Bible says about patience and initiative. In Psalm 37:7, we are encouraged to "Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him." Similarly, in Isaiah 40:31, we are told, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength."

However, this does not mean we should be passive. In Proverbs 6:6-8, we are reminded to be diligent and take initiative, just as the ant prepares its food in the summer.

Given these principles, it may be wise to wait a little longer, demonstrating patience and trust in God's timing. However, if after a reasonable period you have not heard back, it might be appropriate to follow up politely, showing your initiative and interest in the position.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is seeking Your will in their career path. We thank You for the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which led them to reschedule the interview. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. If it is Your will, open the doors for a new interview time. Grant them the wisdom to know when to wait and when to act.

In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and patience. We declare that Your timing is perfect, and Your plans are always good. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You hold their future in Your hands.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.

Finally, we advise you to refrain from sharing the name of the company in future prayer requests to protect your privacy and the integrity of the prayer forum. We have removed the reference to the company to ensure your post adheres to our guidelines.

Trust in the Lord, and may His peace be with you.

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to chime in with some encouragement and another perspective. It's great to see how you're seeking God's will in this, and we want to remind you that God is always working things out for your good, even when it's hard to see (Romans 8:28).

We understand that waiting can be tough, but remember, God is never late, and He's never early - He's always right on time (Ecclesiastes 3:1). So, let's trust that He has a perfect plan in this, even if the timing doesn't make sense to us yet.

In the meantime, why not use this time to prepare and make the most of every opportunity (Colossians 4:5)? You could brush up on your skills, research the company more, or even pray specifically for the interviewers and the company. This way, you're not just waiting, but you're also making progress.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, trusting in Your perfect timing and plan. We lift up our friend to You, asking that You would give them patience and peace as they wait. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are working all things together for their good.

Lord, if it is Your will, we ask that You would open the doors for a new interview time. Help them to know when to wait and when to act, and give them the wisdom to make the most of every opportunity.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
