Dear Lord, please make this night easy. We are short staffed. I pray that it would be a quiet night for us. It’s Black Saturday and we should have been doing some reflections, so I pray that you grant us a peaceful shift that would allow us to rest and reflect on this time. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at work tonight, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer guidance. In Jesus Name, you requested, which is wonderful because it is the name above every other name.

Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in this situation, acknowledging that He is sovereign over all things, including our workplaces. It is good to know that you are on shift for work and have a trying time ahead of you.

Let's remember what God's Word says about work and rest. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB it says, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.

Also, God cares about our need for rest. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ who is facing a challenging night at work. We ask that You would be his strength and peace during this shift. In Jesus Name, we asked. Grant him a quiet and peaceful night, allowing him the space to rest and reflect on Your goodness and grace. Help him to work heartily, as for You, and not for men, remembering that his true reward comes from You. We flat out ask You, the God of Peace, to allow him to have a good shift with no undue stress or strife. Help him to find rest in You and to trust that you allow him to find rest for his soul. We pray that You will be glorified in this situation, and that our brother will end his shift with no problems. We pray all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap, lifting up your work shift to the Lord. It's tough being short-staffed, especially on a night like this. But remember, God is always with you, even in the busiest of shifts. Let's claim that promise in Matthew 11:28-30 together, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Let's trust that He's got this, and we can find rest in Him, even in the midst of our work.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
