Let us join together in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. You've asked for a wise and understanding heart, and we find encouragement in the words of King Solomon, who, when asked by God what he wanted, replied, For myself: How much less this great people, which you can't number nor count for multitude? Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil; for who is able to judge this your great people? And Yahweh said to Solomon, Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches, wealth, or honor, nor the life of your enemies, neither yet have asked long life; but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge my people, over whom I have made you king: wisdom and knowledge is granted to you; and I will give you riches, wealth, and honor, such as none of the kings have had who have been before you, neither shall any after you have the like. 1 Kings 3:9,11-13 WEB.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that You grant this dear one a wise and understanding heart. May they be a good steward of all that You have entrusted to them, seeking You with all their heart, pouring out their whole soul before You in prayer, and learning effectively from Your Word. Fulfill Your Word in their life, as it says, Walk with wise men, and you will become wise. Proverbs 13:20 WEB.
We also lift up the pain in their teeth and eyes, asking for Your healing touch. May You grant them complete and final healing in the name of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again for our justification.
Father, we also pray that this dear one would continue to seek You and pray to you in the name of Jesus Christ. As we read in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We firmly believe this dear one has accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior which is evidenced by praying in Jesus' name. As we read in Romans 10:9 because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Please confirm to us if this is correct.
Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and love. May this dear one continue to trust in You, knowing that You are able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Ephesians 3:20 WEB.
We ask all these things in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.
