William - today you take the first baby step towards freedom and your future. I am so proud of you, brother!

Lord Jesus, Give William confidence today. Give him strength to face his demons head on and cast him out. Pour out your mercy as he starts this phase of his life and begins recovery. It won't be easy but place your mighty hand of grace upon his shoulders and give him the resolve to complete this task. I just thank you and praise you today. To you be the glory for this man turning his life around. Amen and amen

Father God, thank You for the life of William. I praise You that he has come to the realization that he is not living the life that is best for him, and I praise You for helping him commit to making a change. God, one of the hardest things we can do in any situation is surrender...we just seem programmed to fight, to try to stand on our own. I pray that in this surrender and submission, Your Holy Spirit would be William's "fight"...that everything that happens in the next 21 days is directly within Your will and guidance. I know this is not easy for our brother in Christ, but it is necessary. Thank You for the opportunity to stand with him in this moment, asking Your intercession for a victory in the complete healing and restoration of mind, body and spirit. He can do this, for You are in control. Praise You Father, for loving William so much. May each step he takes resonate with Your mercy and grace, and may he find comfort in tough moments remembering all of us who are standing with him in prayer. To You be all glory, honor and praise for William's rebirth. In Jesus' name, amen.

Father, back on September 11th, I asked William to listen to this song. I pray that You might reach out and touch others who need its message this day. Thank You for giving us the opportunity the be "Born Again."

Dear Jesus I come before You today, in the same manner someone else came before You to pray for me. Dear Lord You know I can feel Williams pain, for I have felt it, my family has felt the pain his family is going through. Dear Jesus make him strong, protect him, touch him. Open his heart and mind Dear Jesus to the good he is experiencing. Dear Lord peal away all the layers of filth, pain and suffering that cover his heart, Dear Lord let him show his true self to You and the people taking care of his rehab. Dear Lord it is a hard, lonely process, it is a tough road to follow to get to You, many of us have succeeded, with Your help. Let us count QWilliam in our numbers, let him be one of those saved by YOu. Dear Jesus shine Youe power light upon him so the darkness will receed. Allow him Lord to feel You close, touch him and heal all the physical and spiritual wounds he has suffered, Forgive him Father, forgive his sins, his defiance of Your power and glory, of the sacrifice You made on the cross for him, but mostly Dear Jesus allow him to forgive himself, for all his mistakes against his family, against himself and against You. Deasr Lord let tghis be a new begining for William, let him be strong let him be true to You Dear Jesus for we who have been in the pits of hell and have risen by Your power and glory are excellent soldiers, we are Your servants and slaves willing to give our lives for You. Touch him Lord,let him know You stand besides him, let him know You will hold him when he falls, Dear Jesus touch his family, Dear Lord give them the endurance, patience and love necessary to support William through this ordeal. Dear Jesus touch them too, heal their wounds too, make the love and the understanding flow between all the members of this family, let them be as one. Thank you Lord Jesus in YOu we trust. YES I STAND IN PRAYER EVERYDAY AS LONG AS IT IS NECESSARY FOR WILLIAM TO COME OUT OF THE DARKNESS AND STAND UNDER THE GLORY OF JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND SAVIOR !!!!!!

DAY 2

Lord, I come before your throne and lift up my brother, William. You have been with him since the moment he stepped his foot through the door of the detox facility. You have heard his inner voice calling your name. You know his heart and his spirit. I pray your hand of mercy as he goes through the second day. It will be just as hard as the first and maybe more so. Give him extra strength as he goes through the DT's. He has to get all traces of the alcohol out of his cells, his organs, his muscles. Comfort him, Lord. There is no easy way to do this and he needs your hand to get through. Let him feel your presence, to sense you are there with him helping him through. I thank all those standing with Joyce and I. May it encourage him when he returns home, to know we didn't forget. I thank you and praise you. To you be the glory. Amen

Lord I pray that this day will go by quickly for William. I pray that he will not be full of doubt or impatience but give him rest in knowing that You will help him change if he sticks this out. I pray that He will know that he is valuable today, to valuable to be dominated by a bottle.
